Sarah Palin - Brilliant Choice

This is the candidate of guns and lipstick. Everyone is talking about Sarah Palin. The McCain camp has more visiblity, more press coverage than the other guy, who was that, oh yeah, his name is Obama.

Like it or not, Sarah Palin has everyone talking and there is no such thing as bad press.

I feel bad for Palin. I think she's just being used as a pawn to try to gather up as much of the female vote as possible.

Also, I thought ya'll would think this article is interesting and enlightening.

I am, quite honestly, disgusted with the kinds of games that are played in the political world. Why do money and publicity stunts have to be such a necessity in our presidential campaigns? Is that our fault as the citizens who are voting for these people? Are we making the richest, most hyped candidates successful?

If Obama had chosen Clinton as a running-mate, it would have proved to me that he cares about getting qualified individuals in place to help him confront the real issues. Hilary had strengths where Obama had weaknesses (namely experience, foreign policy, etc.) Of course, he didn't want her stealing his thunder, so look who he chose.

McCain chose someone with no experience, so who knows what in the world he wants to do. It's a joke.

There are too many problems that need solutions, and I'm not convinced that anyone who is elected soon will be able to reach across party lines and actually do some good.
